Chat Rules & Safety

These rules apply in every room to keep IndianChat safe and friendly for everyone.

Rules

1. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Greet the room before jumping into private messages.
3. Be respectful – no abuse, hate speech or harassment.
4. Don't flood the chat or type everything in CAPITALS.
5. No spam, adverts or links to scams.
6. If someone says no, respect it and move on.
7. Any content involving minors results in a permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
8. Follow moderator instructions.

Safety tips

• Never share your phone number, home address, bank details, passwords or OTPs.
• Be cautious of anyone asking for money, gifts or to move to another app.
• Don't share photos you would not want made public.
• Use /ignore on anyone who bothers you and report them to a moderator.
